We manage properties across London and provide management services to owners / leaseholders of small blocks. RPS was set up by Harry Rouse - a property fanatic - so that he could offer a personalised and hands on approach to residential property owners who are fed up of poor and impersonal service.

Our core mission is to provide excellent client service and consequently we have grown and continue to grow due to personal recommendations. The majority of our clients are overseas landlords. Should you know of anyone who will benefit from our services, please refer them to us.

We also provide full property refurbishments or simple property refreshers between tenancies through our sister company, London Refurbs. Owing to an increase in demand for reliable and competently priced quality refurbishment services, we formed a company focused on residential refurbishments. London Refurbs frequently provides kitchen and bathroom installation services and you can always use our initial free consultancy services for installations and refurbishments.
